As part of this partnership, the CX Hub team of experts developed a concept and, with the support of artificial intelligence, created the first AI-powered CX book – “Customer Experience (CX) Management and Strategy As a Key Business Differentiator.” 🦾

🀝 🎯 Under the BTU and CX Hub memorandum, several joint projects and initiatives are planned to enhance competencies in the field of Customer Experience.
