New platform for CX community – CX Meet Up sessions has started

🚀🚀🚀 CX Meet Up sessions by CX Hub has started for the first time in Georgia. CX Meet Up session is a platform for people interested in customer and employee experience to talk about the challenges and opportunities around this topic, with the involvement of both international and Georgian speakers.
👉 During the first session, Michael Killeen, the founder of The CX Academy, conducted a masterclass on the topic of CX Excellence Framework, where he talked about the emotional factors that shape the customer experience. The meeting was interactive and the participants had the opportunity to directly ask Michael Killeen the questions they were interested in.
📣 CX Hub continues to plan the next CX Meet Up sessions and to cooperate with Georgian companies in this regard, in terms of discussing topics or challenges that are interesting to them.
