We are pleased to inform you that as part of our collaboration with @Hospice Peritsvaleba, the CX Hub team has conducted an Employee Experience (EX) diagnostic for the hospice staff.
The project included an in-depth study of the company’s environment and employee engagement and satisfaction to identify areas for improvement and develop an Employee Experience (EX) management strategy.
Why is the experience created for employees important, and what specific characteristics does the healthcare sector have in this regard:
