CX Meet Up Sessions – A new communication platform for people interested in Customer (CX) and Employee (EX) Management

CX Meet up sessions will be hosted by the Design Institute, and the first meeting will be held on July 10, where the founder of The CX Academy, Michael Killeen, will conduct an online master class on the topic: Managing Customer Experience with the help of the CX Excellence Framework. Michael Killeen has been working on the American and European market for many years. He created patient experience management and customer loyalty programs for Harley Davidson H.O.G, Hilton Honors and American Airline FFP.

The CX Academy is an Irish company that operates in over 80 countries and has various Customer Experience (CX) certification formats, including a program accredited by Glasgow Caledonian University.
